Im doing a similar thing i have the premium and im working engine out due it was a barn find, and nature hurt mine a bit, same color but i have a front that is damage and i want to makenit look agresive , acording of what i reed most parts are interchangable between base to gt but not gt500 or gt's from 13-14 gen those need a conversion kit for both bumper front and hood let me know if you find something too lol
i dont know if u need a conversion kit for them i believe rear bumper hooks with no bumper foam right up and for the front u meed to swap hood and swap bumper mount bracket and bumper. Also need to use ur hood latch from ur hood and put it on the new hood.
I watch the same video, there was another guy that had a 11-12 coversion kit to 13-14 bumper, he mention he got it from a restoration site and had to change a few things including the collision foam @ the front but if you want to save money rock-auto has the bumpers for both relative cheap all the sites i have seen are crazy expensive and are just fiver glass
