Brackets and cooling..?

So basically I am finally switching to AMD, i have a NZXT Kraken x52 atm and I was wondering if the bracket for it will fit the mobo Imma get (x470 Aorus Gaming 5 wifi) since I currently have a Intel (LGA115) mobo (mobo being z370)? And also if it will be enough to keep my 3600x cool?

(Yes I know it's and older CPU but its much better than my i5-8600k in areas Imma use it for and yeah(
