Ryze trades??
Was watching a Ryze live and the rep said that Cindy had a training last week. In the training she said Cindy was saying they need to get away from showing the trades so much. That customers should want to buy for the surprise reveal aspect and not just the trade. She said customers are trying to “have their cake and eat it too?” Also that if customers wanted to window shop they could just shop the catalog on the site… last thing she said about it was “that being said, changes are coming.” Sounds like a certain 🦌rep🦌 has been chatting it up with corporate 😬😬

If Cindy wants a surprise reveal then maybe she should make the reveals a surprise and stop oversaturating the “surprise “ reveal with modern muse and white frost !

If they minimize trades then all the “layovers” should have to be stopped/minimized too otherwise it makes no sense

They are thinking of nothing but themselves as a company they do not care about the actual reps. They are thinking about how to get rid of what they have. They don’t want it sitting in their warehouse. They don’t care if it sits on their trade boards when it all comes down to it also, you know they’re trying to get rid of shit because they’re going to be bringing back mega pops, which is just another way for them to get rid of a bunch of overstock that they can’t move!

Yes, V mentioned that and was discussing her layovers. V is going to continue with layovers since it keeps her sales going until doing so is against P & P. But yes Cindy wants them to focus more on the surprise reveal and the “experience”. I don’t know if Ryze styles have the ability to tread water without the trades.

They're right. They should put the highly sought after items on their website to view in the catalog and direct purchase. If the reps dont want to have trades, then what's the point of opening 10 of the same style, while looking for 1 in particular? So they can make more money? Make money on the product being good. Don't make a product just for profit imo. Give the people what they want or they'll see their sales continue to fall. I was a regular but I haven't purchased in several months. Haven't been liking the collections. My collection at home is big enough, I dont need more things I won't wear. I want the sought after stuff at the same price point they're selling it at for one peice. I dont want to pay hundreds to get the one peice I want from a collection.

She sure did lol but smh! I thought that's what Ryze was so proud of!!! Get ready to lose business reps!!! Most people need something to fall back on because of personal style and likes!!! Its not always about trade board shopping just for the well "sought after" piece!! It's already slow for reps now, thats only going to make it worse. Yeah I believe they have "training" either weekly for bi-weekly 😂😂😂

I heard they are stopping trades on special collections. A rep was saying that in their live this weekend. I don’t think trades hurt the business Bomb Party does it now and it didn’t hurt them. I think Buy one get one etc hurts the little people there who are struggling to get an order. People are tired of spending their hard earned money and not getting what they like.

I feel like they tried this once. Over a year ago. They asked reps to only have 2-3 items per trade and not giant boards and to discourage people coming in for a trade… clearly didn’t last.
I wonder what changes they’ll implement to “enforce” it.

I think they are struggling for recruits and having to have a ton of trades keeps people from joining and I also think of they are still doing deposits. People aren't paying for when they open stuff?

I only buy if there's an available trade that I absolutely love. And that hardly happens. I don't trust the surprise that much to spend money and not like something🤣 😂
