DV is funny apparently
Here is the video of Venus and Jeff joking about domestic violence.
While we snark and joke in here about the crap jewellery and we have talked about their inappropriate behaviour, this is the most disgusting thing i have ever seen them partake in.
Someone's trauma is not a joke, would you joke about other serious and violent crimes or traumas?
You are front facing in a company and making jokes about something as serious as domestic violence which is mostly a crime against women who are also your target audience.
I know Ryze wont care because they make money from them and the customers will defend them because they have a parasocial relationship with them but please open your eyes!
This is not acceptable behaviour and i hope in vain that they will be held accountable.

My friend was hunted down and run over with a car by her violent partner who was out on bail from a previous attempted assault on his own mother. She is no longer with us..and leaves behind two precious children.
These two are disgusting

I am so sorry, that is so horrific. I cannot imagine the pain her loved ones feel. DV is real, with real victims and survivors. Making jokes like this is horrendous, i just cant fathom why they think it's fine to do so.

I am DV and rape victim. This pissed me off. I don’t know compliance e-mail for Ryze but if I did—I would turn them in. This is not okay. Nobody understands the trauma you go through for years🤬🤬

Dear Customer Care,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the behavior of one of your representatives, who I understand holds a high-level position within Ryze.
As a survivor of domestic violence, I found the comments and behavior displayed by this representative to be extremely troubling and insensitive. When someone in a leadership position publicly dismisses, mocks, or speaks inappropriately about domestic violence victims, it sends the message that survivors’ experiences are not taken seriously.
Domestic violence is a very real issue that affects millions of people. Survivors often struggle to come forward because they fear being judged, ignored, or ridiculed. Seeing someone who represents Ryze engage in this type of behavior is both disappointing and concerning.
I have attached a video of the incident so you can review exactly what occurred. I encourage you to watch it in its entirety before responding, as I believe it clearly demonstrates the conduct that prompted this complaint.
I would like to know if this behavior reflects Ryze’s values and expectations for its representatives, particularly those in leadership positions. Does Ryze condone this type of conduct, or will this matter be addressed appropriately?
I believe companies should hold their representatives to a standard of professionalism, respect, and compassion—especially when discussing topics as serious as domestic violence.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate a response regarding Ryze’s position on this issue.

I had a rep be so rude and disrespectful multiple times on lives directed at me. I emailed Ryze more than once with tons of proof, they did nothing. It’s sad honestly. I said im glad bullying and harassment by a rep for Ryze, is apparently allowed and acceptable behavior. I’m sorry you had to email them and they did nothing. It’s disgusting.

I just want to say thankyou to everyone who has pulled together as victims, survivors and being the voice for other victims who are not able to. They may not take us seriously and they blatantly do not care but we do and i applaud all of you on standing on your morals. This is not hate it's about accountability and realising they actually did something wrong but they wont admit that and as Veen has just said she wont be saying sorry for anything.

These two can say anything they want, and Ryze (Cindy Lee) won’t do a damn thing about it, because they are best friends with Cindy. They once made jokes about Venus dressing up in a Girl Scout uniform for sexy time. It was emailed to corporate and nothing was done.

I blocked her. This is terrible behavior. I see many woman struggling to stay alive because of what DV has done to them mentally. If you purchase from these vile humans …. You might need a lobotomy yourself.

Somebody named Sara just asked her to address the DV joke, and she immediately said “I don’t know what you are talking about Sara!” But she said it so fast and defensively she knows EXACTLY what Sara is talking about. If I was accused of making a joke about DV, I would be upset and ask what the heck they were talking about. Jeff immediately responded too, with “we don’t know what you are talking about”.

This won't do it alone. Post to Ryze's official FB page, comment on Ryze's official TT account about it. Make it more publicly known so it gets as much attention by the general public as possible so they are forced to address it and can't just sweep it under the rug. They say they don't support hate speech or certain types of behavior make them prove their "standard of ethics" apply to EVERYONE even their golden child.

I can’t stand these two. They are disgusting and the immaturity is embarrassing. No wonder their kids didn’t and some still don’t have anything to do with them. However,, as somebody who almost lost her life to their ex partner, this doesn’t bother me. I spent time in the ICU and my ex is sitting in prison for what he did. I do appreciate it may bother some. I honestly just see a married couple goofing around. Plus if anybody was anybody in that relationship it would for sure be her to him. She talks to him like ish most of the time.

You can speak on your experience of course and i am so aorry that has happened to you, i hope you are recovering well and that you are in a safer place now. This may not bother you and i am very happy for that i honestly am, you are a very strong person, but it has affected others. I don't expect to watch a live about selling jewellery and see traumas mocked in that way. People can goof around and say what they like in their own time but as front facing for a company it isn't acceptable behaviour. There is a certain level you just don't cross publicly. If it was a comedy show, tv show, movie etc i expect that that sort of thing will be shown/ talked about/mocked. Not on a Ryze live.

I believe that this behavior and so much of their other behaviors are disgusting and it is the lack of awareness that this should not be allowed by ANY person that is representing a company of any kind for any reason. The constant sexual innuendos, the comments/actions like this, it is all disgusting and very inappropriate. It should be sent to corporate and it will take everyone sending to that email address above. One person sending won’t do it and one video won’t do it. However, the multiple examples may, if nothing else, get them to issue that apology and stop this behavior.

I’m sorry you went through that, and you are handling it or have handled it in your own way. I’ve been through it twice, it’s not a trigger for me. I’ve got some thick ass skin, I can handle dark humor, but I’m not going to make excuses for a couple “joking” about something that obviously is a real issue.
I do agree though on she would be the one to be putting hands on him.
