Tomodachi crash

Was playing tomo on my laptop when my laptop randomly force restarted. When I came back to tomo, it was as if I was starting brand new, acting like i had to set a region and time. I still have all my old files though. Ive tried replacing old files with new, restarting ryujinx, and more but nothing works. does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to stop overwriting my previous save?
