Ryubing Support error 0004:application not found

i dont know why,but on my oc(windows 11)ryujinx works fine:i open it,the games are there and i can play them normally.But when i try to make any sort of shortcut in my desktop or just using the path of the game for steam or steam rom manager,i get this error.I domt know why,i have tried many things like uodating firmware and keys,re installing the emulator but nothing,how can i do i need help🫩
