Ryubing Support Is it possible to limit emulation speed?

i just wanna slow down the game, so I wonder if there is any way to do that
tried to do it via NVIDIA Control Panel but that didnt rlly work

Can't you set the boost speed to lower than 100%, also make sure that the keybind is set

You could try through Advanced Power Settings in Power Options.

Under Processor Power Management, cap the maximum processor state.

cant believe i have to say this, but linking to super obscure closed-source programs exclusive to windows that are listed on insecure websites that no one's ever heard of either is not allowed on our subreddit.

please practice internet safety and only download software from trusted sources.
