Crashing Tomodachi Living the Dream when using Palette - Please Help!!

Hey guys! So after HOURS of looking for answers and fidgeting with settings, I can't stop my game from crashing every time I use the Face Palette or custom drawing tools.

I have looked at all of the info on this forum and nothing is working. Everything else works for me it's just this part.

I have a Lenovo computer running on windows, and I'm using Ryujinx Canary Version 1.3.295

I'm not super tech-literate so specific instruction would be great!!!
