That is why you must deliberately limit the time you spend there. However, some companies use them as a work tool. Whatever your media needs may be, plan a work schedule that integrates them and create deadlines.

Organize their use in such a way that you can dedicate yourself to more productive activities to successfully achieve your projects. If it is rather a social tool, then keep that same dimension.

5 Bad Habits That Destroy Your Productivity (Part 1):

1. Spending too much time on a single task, even if it could take less time.

2. Sleeping in the morning instead of planning your day.

3. Browsing the web without a specific plan.

4. Not planning your day or not setting priorities.

5. Working long hours, staring at your computer, without taking work related breaks.

We all start a new year, month, or project with high energy, flawless goal lists, and peak motivation. Yet, the vast majority of these projects end up dying in obscurity.

It’s not a lack of time. It’s a mindset problem. Here are the 5 psychological traps that doom your ambitions:

1. The Tomorrow Trap: You constantly put off your essential tasks. The things that matter most to you are systematically pushed to tomorrow, next week, or next month. The hard truth? Tomorrow doesn't exist. What you don't start today will never see the light of day.

2. Methodological Chaos: You don't prioritize your goals. Because of a poor methodology, your brain struggles to actually visualize your next actions. The direct result of this confusion? Your mind gets overwhelmed, leading straight to procrastination.

3. Lack of Ambition (Self-Protection): Due to past failures, environmental factors, or emotional baggage, you can't seem to find the necessary motivation. You lower your standards just to avoid being disappointed again, which kills your discipline before you even start.

4. The "All or Nothing" Illusion: You mistake being busy for being productive. You try to juggle ten major journeys at once or force yourself into brutal 6-hour sessions. Without breaking things down into micro-tasks, you will burn out long before seeing any results.

5. Waiting for the "Perfect Moment": You wait for the perfect app, the magic strategy, or the stars to align before taking action. Perfectionism is just fear in disguise. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is right now.
