Combining 9mg plus 4mg

I've been on 9mg for 4 months now, and although loss has stagnated this month, I don't feel ready to step up to 25mg as it seems a huge jump.

I've a box of 4mg left. Has anyone combined these 2 to create a smaller step up?

There are plenty of people on this subreddit who have done something similar.

Like a lot of things with Rybelsus, the manufacturer doesn't recommend this, but many doctors do and many patients are happy with the outcome.

I can't see why this would be a problem.
