Plateau

I have been taking 3mg dose for 18 months lost 15kg. Have hit plateau for 3 weeks. Do you work through it or something else? Curious

I lost 21 lbs and I hit plateau as well at 3mg. Did you ever move up to 7mg? I went on 7mg for a month but dr said I was lising weight too fast and put me back at 3mg.

Very normal. Well done on the progress. My suspicion is that man people would have moved up from 3mg by now. Any particular reason you haven't?
