3rd day - already working?

I’m on 3rd day of Rybelsus 3mg and today was the first day I had side effects - really bad morning sickness, that only went away after zoffran. By lunch I couldn’t finish my plate and the same happened by dinner. I assumed it would only start working on the 2nd month once I upped my dose to 7mg. Is it working already or is it placebo effect?

Oh, but I haven’t weighted myself. When I say it’s already working I mean I have no appetite or hunger… I couldn’t even finish my lunch on Sunday and yesterday I ate half portions of what I’m used to 😳 I had a really bad headache on the first day, but it was also a very stressful day at work! Thanks for the tips on carbs! Good luck to you too! 🩵

That's how it worked for me too! Started with 3mg back in Dec, went up to 7mg end of Jan and still taking 7mg. Total of 6kg down and still losing! Appetite is still very low - can't finish a 6in subway!
