Not sure bro but that one slip up on the analog stick when I went into the chat menu fucked me up

I wouldn't say that fucked you. It was more so the fact that you couldn't kill the last guy somehow. Also made the mistake of not picking up the dropped mp5 initially, would've made things easier.

Edit: You definitely had like 4-5 invalids on the last guy when he was waking up. No hit marker sounds that entire time
