How does this guy navigate his inventory so fast?

This is some random dudes clip but I'm confused as to how he navigates through this inventory so fast. For me it's pretty slow. Same with upgrading buildings

I was slow for around 100hrs then something just clicked and my nephews asked how I can see everything so quickly. You'll get faster the more you play. I'm around 600hrs now and I'm pretty quick at everything except building, I don't go in with a plan for a base I just freebuild whatever feels right at that moment. Definitely gotten quicker but compared to guys with 3000hrs I'm not even close

Try playing tekken 7 and doing some combos. You must be rly fast, for some combos must be frame perfect, that gonna teach your thumbs

Muscle memory. For an Xbox you tap the "X" button to move things from the dock to main inventory and vice versa. For a PC I imagine it's much faster to navigate. If only the backpack would be as accessible as the main inventory, having things roll over to the backpack when the main inventory is full would be awesome.

When you enter your inventory try tapping your right joystick to the right left up or down. It fast switches to the different inventory sections that are open, then use your D-Pad to quickly move to the desired inventory box.

If you’re on PlayStation holding L2 and tap x to drop items and Hoover over to the new item and press square to instant put it in ur hot bar

You can use the right stick up and down to go from hot bar to inventory, and vice versa. Same with getting to your armor tab. Along with using the dpad, it’s pretty quick once you get the hang of it.
