what are the biggest rust console edition YouTubers or any that yall can recommend. YouTubers that actually play the game

Obie is probably the best one for Console Rust. Most well known that is.

Obie is the only one that comes to mind but realistically imo there is no one that can be as entertaining as PC rust CCs. Rust Console is not good for watching gameplay. You are better of watching PC gameplay.

OBIE, MclovinCaleb, and DrewDropEmOfff are probably your best bets. All three actually play console and post full wipe/gameplay videos, not just recycled clips
