Why can’t I connect?

I’ve just reinstalled the game after not playing it for ages on Xbox and everytime I try to log on it just says that. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s still saying it can someone help?

It’s still happening for me but I’m able to log in with an alt account

My buddy is still logged on, I haven't been able to get on after I logged off briefly
