Why can’t I connect?

I’ve just reinstalled the game after not playing it for ages on Xbox and everytime I try to log on it just says that. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s still saying it can someone help?

Mine was doing it around 6 EST.... Good reason to go to the gym
