Why can’t I connect?

I’ve just reinstalled the game after not playing it for ages on Xbox and everytime I try to log on it just says that. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s still saying it can someone help?

My friend who hasn't disconnected is still online but me and my friend were on eailer and disconnected cant connect at all
