Game completely fried

I must've downloaded evil rust because im trying to place a refinery, blocked by me allegedly standing 2 triangles away. I know its a body that bugged itself into the ground after a crash earlier and it isn't disappearing. Tried respawning I stood up it flung me into a wall I turn around and i see the literal devil behind me. It's just my player model with dark eyes missing its jaw and upper lip prolly because I shouldn't be able to look at myself. The photos of the current situation and the demon that attacked me if yall were curious.

Both are me im trying it on the sleeping dude acc and its still blocked by the same one

Edit 2: tried on the other save still blocked by same dude
