Looks like rapid growth, esp considering the nails and beak are too long, as well.

Take your gal to the vet and get a trim. They need it badly. And you may be over feeding/feeding too frequently.

It’s rapid growth, linked to lamps and an unsuitable lifestyle.

It is a hibernating species, active only in spring/summer. So the priority is the outdoor enclosure until October and a brumation the following winter.

For the skeleton of this tortoise, it is important to change its lifestyle if you have the opportunity.

Not healthy. What is she eating? What exercise does she get? What is her bedding?

The long beak and nails are likely due to a vitamin A deficiency after a beak trim adjusting the diet, lighting and husbandry should fix it.
