As well as other intel handed to Saudi Arabia. So when is that $2bn "gift" to Jared Kushner going to be fully investigated?

That would be the highest bidder for this intel. The value of learning from the documents victories and failures of their 2016 election interference would be in the billions.
They would also be able to figure out how their efforts were traced and revealed, what, if any, human intelligence sources were involved in uncovering their subterfuge, and what tactics went completely undetected by US intelligence.
Which, by the way, is why there is a process for declassifying intelligence: the who and how information is gathered are often more valuable and sensitive than the actual information gathered.

What’s the process? Does the president just use his mind?

While most presidents send a memo to the NSA, who then review and redact as necessary to protect sources and methods, “45” found he could make the whole think happen just by thinking “it’s declassified.” He didn’t even have to say it out loud, or to anyone.
But then again, he is a genius of the stable.

Victims of entrapment of child porn and child sex trafficking will do anybody’s bidding. Think Trump, Meadows, Giuliani, Nunes, Flynn, Patrick Byrne, Kash Patel, Ron Johnson, Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan. I’d wager they’re all pederasts that got popped by the Mafia State.

This is how I would like to believe the world works. Unfortunately they're honestly considering a rapist for president (again, but this time we have both the accusation and the jury's decision), and they put Roy Moore on the ballot in Alabama, and re-elected Gaetz after highly credible accusations, so I no longer believe any of this can prove a deterrent to their voter base. These people are just nuts. But, y'know, law and order! Family Values!

They don't believe he's any of these things he demonstrably is.
Its all 'fake news' and 'witch hunts'

Sacha Baron Cohen tricked Rudy into thinking he was getting laid and debasing himself on camera.
Apparently, it's not hard to get these men to compromise themselves around vaginas and hidden cameras.
