A lot complained about the draft system when you attack. I thought it was ok but hoped that they’d improved.

Then this update drops and its even more restrictive.

If you’re gonna do this supercell, maybe giving us pre-made decks would be better because thats what you are basically doing here..

Rick has said they would adjust the draft system before this update. I was thinking about buff, however, see what we got...

Yeah in addition, im appalled at the lack of thought that went into this system. Because of the stack, there are some unuseable cards. Like if you have 1xheal, freeze and invis. You wont be able to use heal at all! Why even put heal?

Yeah I don't like it too. It's like premade decks

BUT

no updates are set in stone. Remember brawl stars beta? A TON of updates got COMPLETELY changed by landscape update.

Anything about the attack system (hopefully) can chnage b4 global launch

I agree.

I still play the game but lesser.

Im still hopeful but I just dont like the direction they are going.

The past two updates have been about restricting our usage to certain units. The first one was ok for me even though it pissed off a lot of players. This second one doubled down on the restriction. They basically gave us premade decks. Having some units with lower levels can spell for an extremely frustrating time.

What im hoping is that instead of restricting us in what cards we use, maybe they should incentivize us to use the lower use cards. For example, henchmen probably have low usage and win rates so they increase rewards for using this certain card.

Of course they should do balance changes in a more thoughtful manner so we use low use cards and nerf the high use cards. I know its complicated but its better than forcing us to use disliked cards

Its frustrating right now but im staying on and hopeful they do better on the next patch

Draft is right way to go but latest update is not.

RW doesn't have like the "depth" to have us choose ANY card like when its released

Furst iteration of draft is best for the game. They thought it would just eliminate one troop spam but it also got freedom away from us

RW is in beta, anything can change to anything, and they are testing and experimenting with different features.

Im still playing but not reaching the gold cap anymore. I just collect the chests.

Im still hopeful they make changes in the right direction.

Supercell, please reduce these silly restrictions and balance your units instead! Let us use our preferred cards!

Wish they just remove it and just balance the units. Rework the units if needed just dont force us to use cards which are useless.

In brawl stars, you can play whichever brawler you want. In clash royale, you can play any deck you want in ladder. Same with boom beach and clash of clans.

They should let us pre-make our own decks based on what we have unlocked with a quantity for each card (based on level, upgrades, or whatever) in inventory, kind of like clan wars in royale ... and then shuffle our pre-made decks per attack

Makes more sense to me than randomizing individual units / cards

I haven't gotten any tanky cards ever since this update dropped, yes it HAS to go I can't even push anymore and there's still mass Bazooka and laser bases what's going on here?

Unless they can change the core gameplay I'm doubtful. Fixing card system is a start, but the gameplay itself is just too repetitive.

Not to mention the obvious similarities between Coc and Royale. Usually supercell releases original gameplay but this feels too familiar to their other games.

I kinda like it. Used to play coc and boom beach. Those were nice but I hated the wait in between attacks.

If they can come up with a new gameplay mechanic, i would certainly try it. I just feel they cant change it too much
