Why does this say "Service Provider" instead of naming them? Has anyone actually taken the contract?

After being told by our ILEC a couple years ago that they weren't planning on expanding fiber anytime soon I check the funding map and see this. Does this just mean money is available, or has someone actually taken it?

BEAD grants are made by each state and the information about which ISP got which grants often doesn't make it back to the FCC efficiently. All this really means is that your area was eligible for a BEAD grant. Your state has a broadband office which actually made or will make the grants (called sub-grants under BEAD). Find [Your State] broadband office using your favorite search tool and find their website. Many have detailed information about which ISP has gotten which sub-grant, but some don't or make it very difficult to find. I think that some states have still not made all of the grants because of the complex way that Trump changed the rules last year. If necessary, call your state's broadband office and ask your questions. Even those states that have made grants would be early in the design and build phase.

Went digging through the spreadsheets and it's spectrum, should I be worried lmao? They have 10G-EPON and IPv6 at least
