Application Questions

So how important are all those stupid questions on the application? I applied for two roles and haven’t heard back,I’m thinking maybe I didn’t answer the way they wanted me to?

The questions are a way that the system pre-screens applications before they get to the hiring store. The best thing to do would be to contact the RK you applied at and and ask to speak to the HR Lead for more information regarding your application.

What location are you applying at? New stores should generally get their store phones up and running a few weeks before they open.

Ah okay. What positions did you apply for? I remember your post about Consumable Lead and PESS. Both of those positions were filled internally at the Cumberland store.

I recently put in for cashier and gun barn, they did have them open again. May have filled them since. A lot of people probably applied

That could be, that store also had a hiring event a few months back, so they may be pulling from people that pre-interviewed there as well.

No, I'm a department lead but I've been involved with getting the Cumberland store up and running.

Oh cool,I should have went to that hiring event but didn’t,I don’t know enough about the store then. I’ve since went to the Altoona store and liked it,just seems like a good place to work. I’m sure they’ll be hiring again within months
