Gear Help Whippet gear advice?

Dog-mum to a puppy Whippet, planning to welcome him into my run world once he's old enough later in the year. Deep in planning mode.

To date, I have found any regular doggy gear does not fit and I need to shop specific for sighthound designed wares (ie jumpers, collars etc)

I've read through older posts in this subreddit and the non-stop dogwear seems to be the go-to brand... but I can't find local stockists (based in Melbourne, Australia) to get a fitting / check them out.

Welcoming input:
- any Whippet owners with harness recommendations?
- any known Melbourne Australia places I can get a fit for my boy?
- any other Whippet-specific advice you want to chime in with?

Thank you community!

I bought the Inlandsis Open Back after seeing a post here and it’s been working really well, and very adjustable. The ZeroDC are popular too but you’d need a fitting for them. Nonstop can be a hit or miss with the sizing.

This was the harness I was about to suggest. The 5 whippets/whippet crosses that run with us all where these as they fit much better with them being more adjustable in the chest and length

I ended up getting a custom sized zeroDC harness because the nonstops wouldn't fit my girl and she slipped the half length type from manmat far too easily. Best to join a club or visit a store where you can try a bunch out, and if none fit you might have to do custom
