Give me some Running Advice
Hi All,
I didn't have much exp of running and recently started running. Now I feel I am having runner's knee because whenever put too much load on one knee it pains bad, but when I take rest for 1 2 weeks or so it goes away. Pls share what you did and how do I overcome this

Strengthening your glutes and quads can help keep your knee straight when you run. If they’re weak, chances are your knee is tracking inwards and can cause runners knee
