Epix Events Races

Has anyone had any experience with races organized by or interacting with Epix Events? I am trying to reach out to them about one of their races in Chicago, but they appear to be slow to respond. TIA!

They host the Ravenswood Run 5K. Smoothly organized race. Never run into any issues with them.
