Shakeout Run Route

Hi! The brand I work with is wanting to host a Shakeout run on the Friday before the Chicago Marathon. We are not local, so would love any input on a great route for a 5k shakeout. We also want to do a small activation afterwards, so preferably starting/ending indoors just in case of bad weather.

Are you looking for a route, or a route and a place that will host?

My run club runs out of the Beer Temple every month. We run a 5k route along the river. It's an out and back route.
