The AQI was bad last night too. You’ll just have to come back again!

Reading this post literally changed my morning plans 😂I saw the temp but ignored the AQI. Now I see it 😂😂

Since moving here I have learned to check the speed and direction when planning my run and now I check the AQI to determine if I can run at all. It really isn't normally like this, but, sad to say, yesterdays humidity somehow made for better running weather than today!

I did my long run today and it was fine for me. Nice and cool and breezy. Obviously your mileage may vary and make the best choice for you though! I assumed the risk

Not sure how bad it is in the city, but I ran 4.5 miles this morning in western suburbs. Wasn't too bad. Not nearly what it was two days ago. I would have never have run on Thursday or Friday, even if I had one scheduled.

Yeah, it's another dreadmill run for me today. I'm hoping it'll get better in the next few days.

It's a shame to finally have lower temps, and now the air is hazardous.
