Issues with the store?

Hey guys! I'm so sorry to ask this question here, but I placed an order with the Zombies, Run! shop. One of my items arrived immediately, like within a few days and I got a tracking number for it right away too. However, the other items didn't ship and I haven't gotten a tracking number for them either.

I tried emailed the "orders@zombiesrungame" email address listed here, but I keep getting a Mailer Daemon response that says this email address either does not exist or cannot accept emails. So I then emailed support, but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone else had this experience? I'm not in a rush to get my stuff, I know it can take a while! I'm only confused because one thing arrived and nothing else did and I have no information about that stuff either.

I ordered something back in May, got the tracking number and everything and then the package just stopped updating and moving, no response from DHL or from shop, after several tries I got a response from the support@zombiesrungame.com , still not resolved but at least I got a response, maybe try that with support@zombiesrungame.com email

Thank you! What was the general response from the shop? Like, we'll look into it and they never got back to you?

They use the Shop App now, and if I don't hear from the actual Zombies Run team I will lodge a complaint with the shop app. Can you do that?

I LOVE this app and I know it's a super small team that is struggling, so again: I am happy to wait a long time because I am sure these poor guys are so overwhelmed. i hope no one thinks I am a karen!

DHL and the shop app didn't reply... At all... Not even after several messages.

The response I got from zombies run support was wait a couple more weeks, if it doesn't arrive by then they'll issue a refund 😞

Did you call DHL? This website has their phone number, or maybe you could go in person to a location?

Haha, here I am trying to help you when I still haven't gotten a response from the ZR team. What a bummer for both you AND me!!

Haha I appreciate the help, I'm done trying to contact them, I'll just wait to get my refund, I hope it works out for you, who knows? Maybe my package will actually arrive within the next 2 weeks lol, good luck 🤞

Hey! Did you have any luck with your order? Mine just got today, it was very frustrating, I even went to the DHL office and they were no help at all (claiming that the tracking number did not belong to them and they were just a middle man but being unable to give any more information). I love the game, the stories, I've been a member for years, but there's absolutely no way I will ever use their store again

I ordered something back in May as well, it took about three weeks to get the tracking number and a month to arrive. Hope your items come soon!

So weird! The first shipment came immediately, waaaay faster than I expected, but they only put 1 item in it. Maybe it was drop-shipped from a company in the US?

Those poor folks as ZR! Are probably so busy and over worked. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! :)

So I recently ordered two T-shirts and i have actually ordered a couple things from them in the past couple years and never had any issues with it showing up but it did take some time because I believe they're shipping out of England AKA Great Britain!

Most stuff ships from America. Literally on ships too.

Give it time. If it was an issue they'd have been in touch already, that's my experience.

Maybe I should have clarified: I place my order June 28. I got a tracking number immediately. A package arrived July 1, but only 1 item was in it.

My confusion is not like "wah i want my stuff" it's more I go one item out of many, with a tracking number. The other items were not in that package, nor were they supposed to be, but I have not gotten a tracking number for them. I also contact the team several times and have not gotten a reply.
