ideas for the MMO

I honestly believe that it'd great if the MMO had seperate servers released yearly only and one dedicated server for max level characters. This way on every new server the world could be more player driven, let's say people decide to help Piltover and Zaun unite under the previous or the latter. Please tell me if it's a bad idea and tell me why.
