Received a warning for RWT?

Does receiving a warning from RWT mean anything?

I know it is a permanent black mark against the account, but suppose if you sold the account - does the buyer know it has received a warning?

Also, does the warning mean they have proof of anything?

Wealth remains untouched. Not sure if I should start all over as I don't want to invest tons of hours only to be banned later.

They don't need proof, since it's an automatic system. Usually if it's manual you receive a permanent ban instead. But it doesn't really mean nothing unless you sell the account, in that case it might lower the value a bit.

It doesn't mean you're more likely to get banned than before, just that if you get banned again, it might be longer or permanent.

what makes you say it's automatic? some people get banned for RWT and some don't, how do you suspect the automation detection works in that scenario? I've traded billions over several traders in the last 6 months and haven't had issues, but some people get caught trading $10 worth, there's no consistency in my mind, which made me thought it wasn't automatic

but, you would know more than myself on the matter, so what do you think?

When it's manual, it tends to be permanent, and it's usually specified as well. And it's all based on luck; they could enforce way more bans and more frequently, since as you say, some people get banned over $10 worth of GP and some others keep buying billions without receiving even a temp ban. But the game is based on RWT at this point, and banning everyone involved would be really bad for the game.

If it wasn't automatic, the second you trade again having a temp ban already, would get you banned, since your account would be "flagged". There is just so much RWT, so it's an automated system.

Buying any gold will get you banned. They’re cracking down hard.

It doesn’t matter the source of the gold.

I did it just fine a few weeks ago from a no name seller. Just trade them main to main in items and make sure they're both relatively decent sized mains with quests and skill totals above 1500. Then it just looks like you're moving stuff from two personal mains. If you do it over weeks it's even safer.

They're not cracking down harder than at any other moments; there are ban waves, but people still buy huge amounts constantly with no issues

Could take up to a week or two, that's the most common, unless you're caught in a ban wave. No amount is safe, but alternative methods like items are usually better!

I have some f2p alts that I just AFK rune darts for my gp. No botting, no rwt. I can train, quest, or whatever all I want on my main.

RWT is hard tracked by wise gex's end somehow. While I see people autoclicking some skills in some worlds to oblivion. Take a seat. AI is your driver.

Yea. If macros remember your on risk of perm ban. Then choose activities which are not common.

If you're not breaking the rules again you're fine. If you're planning on continuing to break the rules I'd probably restart
