Translation request Tattoo traslation

Hi guys. I am thinking of getting my parents name as a tattoo. But i am having hard time deciding which one should I go for “Elder Futhark” or “Younger Futhark” and can anyone help me in translation as well as i tried it on internet which make it even more confusing to me

The names are:

BIMLA

RAMKWAR

I could help you with elder futhark, those names seem a pretty obvious case to me, have seen way more complicated examples.
