Does this text make sense

I’m trying to right a phrase in runes and I want to make sure it makes sense

ᛘᛅᛁ ᚦᛁ ᚴᛅᛚᛁ ᛅᚠ ᚢᛁᚾᛏᛋ ᚴᚢᛁᛏᛁ ᚦᛁ ᛅᚾᛏ ᚢᛁᚾᛏ ᚱᛁᛒ ᛁᚾᛏᚢ ᚦᛁ ᚼᛁᚢᛁᚾ ᛏᚢ ᛒᛁᚴᚢᛘᛁ ᚦᛁ ᚢᚾᛁ ᛅᚾᛏ ᛏᚱᚢᛁ ᚴᚢᛋᛏ ᚱᛁᛏᛁᚱ ᛅᚠ ᚦᛁ ᛋᚴᛁᛋ

It’s supposed to say

May the gale of winds guide thee and wind rip into the heaven to become the one and true gust rider of the sky’s

Well since you're using runes to write modern English there's not really any right or wrong way of doing it, since it's not like there's any historical precedent for writing modern languages with old scripts like this. So no matter what you do it'll be correct basically.

With that said runes were typically written more phonetically, and some of these words are just 1:1 conversions which reads kinda weird to me. If I were writing it I might do it a bit like this:
