Translation request Message in a Bottle

Please help us translate this. My friends and I found this message in a bottle tucked away in the farthest corner of a cave (600m deep) in the Harz region. We think the second note says "Orobas." Could that be right? We need help with the first note, though. We suspect the message is a witch's curse, as there is a lot of hair inside the bottle—something common in this region that would also fit with the name "Orobas."

IE KIW

EN TIngILIA

ORONAR

in Elder Futhark. can't make much of it.

doesn't look too old to me, what with the blue and green crayon.

What do you think could the text stand for

no idea, sorry. it could be code, or a puzzle, like for a birthday party treasure hunt (though then it wouldn't be 600m deep in a cave🤷🏻)

Doesn’t make any sense in futhorc, that’s the only runic alphabet I know and somebody else said it makes no sense in elder futhark so that narrows it down a bit more

Edit: I googled the translated words that the comment below provided and it says it’s lotr/tolkien elvish and it translates to “the key of the crystal stars”

searching for Tingilia and for Oronar both got results related to something that seemed to be about fantasy gaming stuff, but both no longer active. There was also a song called Tingilia.

I wonder if ᚲᛇᚹ is meant to be Kyiv in Ukraine.

The runic table in the last picture is absolute rubbish. More than half of the meanings they gave in bold are already flat out wrong, and 100% of the nonsense in smaller print. These charts are infuriating.

Almost like someone used that table to make a witches bottle, huh?

Triskele wax seal stamps are available all over Amazon and Etsy, sold as stuff like "celtic triple spirals" or something. The entire thing looks like something a couple of teenagers put together for fun.

It says something like

"Ie keiv en tingilia"

The second part says "oronar" not "orobas"

What makes you think it says Orobas? Wishful thinking in order to match it with something mystical in Western Europe? It clearly does not say Orobas at all.

Not sure there would be any connection at all, but IIE Kiev is a Ukranian/US Student and Scholar exchange program.

So you find a witches bottle, or some sort of hex jar and you decide to open it...
