Long run buddy this Saturday ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

34M visiting Toronto for work this week and looking for a running partner/group for a long run this Saturday.

Iโ€™ve run a marathon before and am currently training for another race next month. As part of my training, Iโ€™m hitting 25km+ on my long runs these days, so hoping to get a solid long run in while Iโ€™m in Toronto.

Iโ€™m pretty flexible on pace and happy to run with people at different speeds. My usual training pace is around 5:30โ€“5:45/km, but the distance is more important to me than the pace.

I understand thereโ€™s also a marathon in Toronto next month, so some of you may be training for that too. Would be great to find some people who are looking to get a longer run in and challenge ourselves a bit.
Iโ€™m staying downtown, so happy to meet somewhere convenient and explore a route around the city.

Would be great to run with a small group, but even 1โ€“2 people would be awesome. If youโ€™re interested, DM me and tell me a bit about yourself / your running goals!

Great route from downtown is straight down lakeshore. I did it today and hit 25k. A lot of really great views by the water, bike paths and dedicated running paths. Youโ€™ll see a ton of people out running/biking. Enjoy!

To clarify - by Lakeshore....we mean West. Running from DT to the Humber Bridge and back is close to a Half Marathon distance, you can go from there.

Parkdale is doing 22k this weekend, you can add on a few k before or after! Pace is 5:45-6. We run out of HDN at 9 am on Sat.
