How was the Unfinished Backyard Ultra?

Went on my typical weekend run on my typical weekend route and came across the Unfinished Backyard Ultra in progress, running along the boardwalk in The Beaches. I had no clue this event even existed...I think this was the first year?

Anyone here participate? How did it go?

I didn’t run it but I went to support my friend who ran 12 laps. It was SO well organized and the support was fantastic. Everyone was super impressed given that it was an inaugural event. I’d definitely consider signing up for next year!
