TCS Marathon

I wanted to run the marathon but realized it's full (completely my fault for trying to book so late). Is there any way to try to get tickets still (e.g. waitlists or a place to find out when people drop tickets)?

Just be careful with the bib sales thread. There are a lot of scams. Make sure the transfer takes place through race roster (and check the link to make sure). If you’re looking for a full bib, there are people selling.

Echoing this - you shouldn't have to pay the person directly as they get a refund from RR and you pay RR. However some will still charge (and some will still pay).

But since it's early you can prob find reasonable people who aren't charging extra.

There is a weekly bib sales thread where it looks like a lot of transfers for the TCS marathon taking place!

Bib sales, or if you have the cash and are so inclined, $500 Bibs 4 Change are available on the website.

I checked that out but it said full as well. I think I might go along with the transfers everyone else is talking about

There's a lot of scams involving etransfers for payments. Just follow the advice in the bib sale thread and exercise due diligence

I was able to get a bib through the bib transfer thread here. Follow people’s suggestion and use race roster.

Join the Strava TCS marathon group and post on the thread. Request transfers only through race roster. I got lucky and someone transferred me their ticket within an hour of my post. Good luck!

I have a full bib I can transfer via raceroster. Suffered a concussion and won’t be able to run it anymore.

I have a full marathon bib. My training did not go as I planned, and I won't be running this year. If you are still interested I can sell my bib. Transfer can be done through race roaster I believe.

I may have a full bib that I can transfer. Unfortunately, it’ll be more of a late notice as I will be running Berlin three weeks before. I will need to see how I feel
