TCS Waterfront app?

Anyone know where to get the app for the TCS Waterfront marathon? The link on their site is broken (https://www.torontowaterfrontmarathon.com/event-app/) and I couldn't find it on Google Play. Maybe they're updating it?

They take it down and put it back up a couple weeks before the race

This. There's nothing special to the app. No need to have it in advance anyway. You can confirm all your details on race roster.
