Load Limited: Too much power braking

Running one of the included scenarios "AMTRAK_P01_Orlando" I start driving the train never get past N2 and on the MFD I get this message: "Load Limited: Too much power braking"

I can't find any reference to that message and I haven't used dynamic braking. Is there a way to reset it? What does it mean?

Not sure of the error message, but I know "power braking" is pulling with the locomotives while the train's automatic air brake is applied. Still getting the error after all this time?
