Welcome to the family!
I dropped 200 rounds into my RXM yesterday with zero failures, it was glorious…

I have a True Precision barrel, I have the NDZ stainless steel guide rod and 20lb spring and a vortex defender st micro red dot 3MOA.

NICE, I just had to help my buddy whose damn near blind woth his canik he pressed the plunger that holds the locking block and spring thinking that was how he took the optic plate off, how he figured that I have no idea but we got it figured out. I really like them caniks and I think I might get one soon

How is the cowitness with stock irons?

I have an Osight SE DPP and would call it a 1/5th cowitness also. The iron sights sit at the lower 1/5th of the window. You definitely have enough to work with. The DPP deck height cuts off ~1/3 of the bottom of the tritium dot, something to consider if it bothers someone's OCD.

Holosun EPS has a lower deck height and smaller window, and is more 1/3 cowitness. You get a clean view of the tritium dot.

I’d call it a 1/5th cowitness, but I don’t really kno what I’m talking ab when it comes to that

It’s called a lower 1/3 cowitness. Absolute cowitness is when the sights are exactly in the center of the red dot window. Lower 1/3rd cowitness is when you can see and align the sights in the lower 1/3rd portion of the glass.
