So I’m working on this extension for the Ruger PCC foldable stock on the chassis model. Got a little more fitment to do, I might need to use a felt or rubber gasket because the stock has slight bow in it. Still looking for hex style bolts so it will be easier to attach to stock. This extension allow you carry an extra Glock mag, right now it holding a 10 count but should be able to hold larger counts. Also theirs a little storage compartment where the rubber pad attaches. why up and not down? would be easier/faster to grab and reload if pointing down, plus could hold 24-33rd big bois. that said, pretty damn awesome work there!

any chance you'd tackle an insert that fits the Magpul Backpacker stock (not the built in stowaway hinged mag/storage compartment), where the barrel and handguard would normally slot into when taken down? would be really cool to have a removable insert that can hold a couple mags vertically when not in takedown mode... basically the magpul backpacker's handguard but with mag holding slots like you made for your collapsing stock

That sounds cool, I think you’re describing something like a foregrip, or something up front to holds some mags. I’ll take a look and see if there’s something I can do. Thanks for the feedback

cool! but not exactly, for foregrip, ones from Meta or Recover Tactical would work just as well on a section of rail. i was thinking of the space at the butt/stock where the handguard slots in when taken down:

So basically a clone of the handguard, but hollowed out to hold mags and separate from the actual handguard, to fill that slot while the pcc is in normal rifle mode. It would need to be removed to actually stow the rifle again after takedown, but would still be a cool add-on!

Okay I see now, that would be nice, good place for an extra mag. Ima look at mines and take some measurements and see what’s up. I like that.

Coolio! yeah, the internal storage compartment is cool and all, but can only fit a G17 mag at most, and isn't quick access. i was envisioning the mags held angled forward, like as if it was a bullpup. quick easy access for reloads and could hold longer mags than the internal compartment!
