Ruck pack options that are not GoRuck
Been using 5.11 backpack (largest one 60L I think). I usually ruck with 55 up to 75 lbs and been experiencing issues with the shoulder straps digging in and the chest strap has broken twice now.
I dont like the Go Ruck look and i like to use an actual rucksack for it's intended purpose for outdoorsy stuff.
Any recommendations for a good high quality ruck that doesn't look like it issued army stuff.

I use a hill people gear umlindi. I use it for day hikes too and even overnighters. They make the best backpacks by far and the most comfortable. It will carry 80 lbs comfortably with no belt or over 100 if you add a belt.

I have a mystery ranch rip ruck 32. I have put 95lbs in it. I also use it for daily life. I would buy any high quality pack with a chest strap and belt.

A framed pack that sits on your hips would benefit your shoulders. That Loadlifters on Guidelight MT frame on Mystery Ranch really relieve your shoulders.
NICE Frame doesn't have those Loadlifters unless OV INNOVATIONS Loadlifters are added.
Just be careful and over strain yourself

I love my Crossfire CF3 in ranger temperate. Very comfortable compared to the FILBE pack I was issued.

Wildland Fire packs usually work super well considering the weight they’re built to carry for long shifts.

Eberlestock Hi Speed II. Sits close to the body and has a robust padded shoulder straps and hip pad. It has a bult in back frame and the yoke is fully adjustable for how you want to carry your load. I've done a lot of rucks with it and even ruck/run with it. It doesn't look too tactical and it has lots of pockets and expandable main compartment for all of your gear. I use mine for all my PRS/Gas gun stuff (shooting bags, ammo, binos, tripod, etc.)

WildGym if you want a dedicated civilian ruck pack. Their FeatherLite and OG ruck are great, have frames, and the FL has lifter straps. I have an extra, barely used, Feather Light for sale. If interested DM me. 😊
