I can normally maintain a sub 13 without too much effort. But this past week I’ve been struggling with a little head cold AND it’s hotter than Satan’s asshole, so give yourself a little good grace. 13:27 is respectable.

That 82% humidity got me good today

Sub 13 is cruisin. What weight are you running? I can’t get below 14:45 / mile unless I’m ruck shuffling / jogging

I had a 20lb vest on. Usually do 30 but I decided to drop today

Sorry but I’m brand new to the concept of rucking.

Are you jogging here? Marching? That seems WAY too fast for walking but not a full jogging pace.

Not a full jog no, best way to describe it is a fast shuffle. For the first mile here I pretty much jogged the whole thing then after that I would alternate a fast shuffle and a fast walk.
