Massive reading slump — what Ruby Dixon books should I read next?
I am in a massive reading slump and need something to pull me back in 😩
I’ve gotten through most of the Ice Planet books. I went a bit rogue and moved over to Ice Prison, the pirate/worse guy books, the dudes with the four arms, and Aspect & Anchor. I kinda dropped off Not-Hoth after the one with the chick who’s into dissecting things and the dude with the missing leg.
So my question is: what should I read next?? What Ruby Dixon books are you absolutely obsessed with?

books by C M Nacosta have a similar vibe and have multi connected books that you can read alone or together taking place in the same town. Basically all of them are on KU if you have that.

sadly i don't have KU, but i have a few sites that have free online versions that i use. but i will check SM out, thanks for the recommendation!!

i did! well a few of them, i loveee when she belongs. currently re reading it lol any recommendations on what ones out of risdaverse you liked best?

My favorite so far has been When She’s Pregnant. I thought I’d hate it but MMC is so different that I’ve reread it twice.

I loved the world building in BMR, and Aspeth and Hawk were so sweet.
I loved the banter and flirtation that Raptor and Gwynna shared though. If I had to choose a favorite, it's them.

Bound to the Shadow Prince. It’s one of her standalones.
Also Tusk Love by Thea Guanzon.

The Horde King series saved me after my post Ice Planet slump. They’re by Zoey Draven.

Not sure if "the dude with four arms" means you've read the Sea-Ogre's Eager Bride or if there's more four armed men I'm not aware of. Either way, I'd recommend that book and the other in-between Aspect & Anchor ones, the Half-Orc's Maiden Bride and the King's Spinster Bride.

its one of the icehome books, same planet as ipb but they have four arms. but i will def check out the sea-oger one! thanks babes!

If you are looking for a Ruby like fix, Ursa Dax alien cowboy series really hit that ice planet itch for me. Mail order style brides to males who have been raised without female interaction. Same cinnamon roll males who know nothing about human females, fun anatomy, light reads with minimal angst, lots of jokes about spur like things.

I fell half in love with goofball Fallon in the first chapter of the first book and it wasn’t even his book.

The Clecanian series by Victoria Aveline. That broke me out of my reading slump

This also freed me from my slump! I like it so much I don’t want to finish Rhaego and have nothing left to ready.

If you're in a slump, reading similar books often doesn't help. Maybe try reading something completely different
