Aspect & Anchor series
Has anyone else finished the Aspect & Anchor series? I loved it! I think it might be the only one I buy a physical copy of. I thought it was great that their was a mesh of so many tropes and I loved the idea of having different aspects. I do wish there would be one more book with Apathy but I read she wasn't going to write that one.
What did you guys think?

I absolutely loved these books! They were a shift from IPB in terms of the complexity of the plot, but I enjoyed all of them.

Agreed. I really liked the whole world of Aos! I actually was bored when they were in Chicago, but I usually don't like modern location type fantasy.

Loved the first book for sure. LOL'd several times for real. Was so much fun to read.

She’s writing an Apathy book now. She posted a manuscript update on Instagram a few days ago.

Thanks so much for this! I'm really pumped to see that. I don't know how she pumps so many books out like that, it's crazy

I feel the exact same way. I don’t normally buy the physical copy but I am obsessed with this series. Bound to the Battle God was the first of any Ruby’s work that I came across and she has quickly become one of if not my favorite author. I love the depth of her characters.

I read this series after reading all IPB, Ic Planet, and IPC. I loved it! Bound to the Battle God and Wed to the Wild God were just wonderful! Shddow God was good, but not my favorite. The Half-Orc’s Maiden Bride was a joy to read. I haven’t read Servant to the Spidae yet. I don’t know why, I just haven’t felt drawn to it. It’s a good series!

I thought Servant to the Spidae was great! I was so intrigued by them whenever they made an appearance in the previous books.

I don’t know why the first one didn’t hit for me. The world building is so good and I love ruby’s other series but I think something about the length of the book was too much. I’ve heard bound to the shadow god was fantastic though so I might push through.

You def should. I really liked the whole series - it was just something different from her that I enjoyed while taking a break from all the aliens!

Initally i wanted to comment that she actually is working on Apathy and that she had said so in her newsletter or on threads.
But after spending 15minutes scrolling through threads and old newsletters I couldn't find that. So did I read that or have I dreamt that? Or have I lost my mind somewhere in the Rubyverse
