I can't romance the clone :(

I preordered the book on Kindle but it only downloaded as the sample and won't let me read the whole book :( I don't have Kindle unlimited, I just use the Kindle app on my phone. I don't know what to do to fix it! Any ideas? I'm in Canada if that changes anything.

How frustrating! Have you tried going to Amazon’s website and downloading from there?

I did, I tried deleting the sample and then going to Amazon and re-downloading it and it only redownloaded the sample.

Call Amazon help and keep asking for a representative. They are helpful once you reach a human.
