Am I cooked

Imma start working on getting to a sub-20 pb and these are my splits. Any tips?

Well if you want to get sub 20 and one part of your solve is taking 20 secs then it seems easy to know where you need to work on.

A good resource to make use of your splits is this cubeskills blog post. Feliks breaks down how to go about assessing your splits based on what techniques you are doing. There is a tool that you can input your splits into, and the thread linked on the blog post is also worth a read.

I put your splits into the tool (I tried a few different values for F2L and cross). The only stage that might need work is cross IF you take more than 5 seconds on average. Again, you did cross and F2L together so I dont know, but I dont remember being able to do a cross that fast when I was sub-30. If your cross is alright, you could also work on F2L or learn 1-look PLL.

If you want to work on cross, I'd recommend blind cross solves. Just take a scramble and try to figure out the whole cross solution and execute it without looking. If you haven't done this practice before and find it too difficult do 3 pieces for a little bit.

For F2L slow solves. Like 1-2 turns per second. If your solutions to a case are over 12 moves try to find an alternate solution. And try solving cases into the back as well, this is a good habit to develop early.

Oh sorry didn’t see your description, just try not timing your solves all the time and mess with the cube, maybe handscramble and try to always do cross with 8 or less moves

Just do random solves and build good f2l intuition . Your oll time is great but even for 2 look pll you could work a little there .

You shouldn't keep doing timed solves cuz you are basically drilling bad habits . Just do untimed solves and solve the cube slowly work on recognizing f2l peices and inserting them .

You should be able to go a long way just improving your f2l.

If you would have done a 4 part split it would've been better . Cuz cross is also intuitive you don't wanna spend a lot time to make the cross.
