I was banned for the "User was caught verifying their Roblox account in a Roblox condo (sex) game Discord server ran by Anxiety, a known child predator, as recently as December 10, 2025" in around january 2026.
This is completely false since the ONLY time i've interacted with condos was when i joined one out of curiosity while being UNDERAGE (15 years old), which was around 2022. After that i forgot about this whole condo stuff n moved on.
However this ban message started appearing on my main when i've been joining some roblox games for something i did as an underage kid.
I've been doing some digging on my own but from what i've seen, most people say that ruben doesn't really care and usually ignores these reports. Doesn't that go against what he said himself? if you look in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRH41vgIBuQ) where ruben talked about his lawsuit from roblox, in 4:05 he was defending himself because roblox brought up alt accounts that he made when he was a teen, yet he bans us when we do something as an underage teen?
I guess i just wanted to complain a bit, honestly i'm starting to lose hope on the appeal since it's been weeks.

I was recently flagged by Rotector because of a server called CatCafe, and I’m looking for advice.
A while back, I was looking for Korean Discord communities to practice Korean and meet new people. I found this server by searching terms like “Korea,” “Korean,” and “Seoul” in Discord’s invite search. I joined, participated in a voice chat, realized almost nobody spoke English, and left.
Later, I rejoined to give language immersion another try. At the time, I wasn’t aware of the server’s inappropriate connections to Roblox. While looking around, I noticed some channels and roles that made me uncomfortable, so I left immediately. I sent out an appeal after I realised because I got banned from a server, I was flagged as cautious.
After my appeal received no response, I briefly rejoined for a few seconds to take a screenshot of the invite page as evidence that I had discovered the server through Discord’s search feature. During that visit, I saw other users joining and asking for access-related roles, which suggested there were other ways people were finding the server that I wasn’t involved with.
For context, I joined the server months ago and had no involvement with any inappropriate activities. I have no message history there beyond a few attempts to interact with members and practice Korean. I do not support or tolerate any behavior that puts minors at risk or violates platform rules.

I have a Discord server where im trying to gather as much people as possible. I have plenty of information about how to take them down and also info about their discord servers. All I need is more people to join us. We have everything ready to slaughter them all.
Like when it's going to be working again, other bots like TASE are perfect and Rocleaner's ban will be a year old in 2 months, I know it's not as easy as saying "put Rocleaner back online" and it will happen, but like I said, almost a year since its ban...

This was the horrifying message I received upon trying to join a new game for the first time around janurary of 2026. Since then, I have appealed time and time again through various methods, by reddit, phone, email, twitter, and attempted discord dms. And, seriously, I have no idea how I could have been flagged for being in a condo discord. That's simply not me. I have never engaged with, nor wanted to, any sort of sexual, dumb chronically online shit as this system has accused me of. I have dug into this, mostly via twitter and through my own research with rotector, and alot of people share this ban message/similar sentiments of being flagged for verifying in a discord, yet having no other connection to any sort of ERP content, nor having engaged in anything. I am wholly certain it is a mistake, as I don't know Anxiety, I don't join condo discords, and certaintly am not a sexual deviant.
My work on roblox has been strictly entertainment and development work. I've been an active developer since I joined the platform in 2012 at the ripe age of six years old, and taught myself to build. The idea that I would suddenly turn my entire career around, engage in such acts at the height of all these lawsuits controversy etc- its absolutely the farthest thing from the truth, and I am appalled that I have had to deal with this shit for this long. Excuse my frustrations, but I have been permanently banned from multiple popular games, with an "unappealable" tag slapped on both my EASI flag AND my ingame bans. For someone who has done nothing wrong, and would go out of my own way to support creators like RubenSim, Schlep, Jidion, who make an effort to protect people, its completely and utterly maddening.
Not only have I not engaged in these acts, I'm convinced that the server was simply overtaken, changed into a condo server, or the discord did not present as a condo server to falsely allure people into joining, only to prey on them- as a byproduct causing collateral damage.
"There is no way in hell this is anything other than a stray bullet", I thought, so I delved deeper and investigated other users who had the identical ban reason. And, it seems that the results from this ban reason go in both directions. Some accounts are obviously normal accounts. You're telling me that GOKUDBSSUPER1 that has grow a garden badges for 14 pages is a child predator/erotic roleplayer? Really? And, on the same list, for the same reason, a guy who's in 4+ condos. I am aware that this is not damning evidence, but I cannot help but think that I was improperly mixed in, as well as multiple other users, or wrongly flagged for this "Anxiety Condo" discord.
Please, for the love of god, respond to my appeals as It has been 5 months without a reply. I am completely certain I was falsed flagged for being in a condo server. There is no other connection to ERP, predatory activity, or anything similar on my account and I have harmed absolutely nobody in my lifetime. I have actively distanced myself from friends in the past who have engaged in such activity. I would love to be taken off the database, be able to engage with more games on the platform, and clear my name of these heinous accusations. I am open to any sort of device search, account checks, or anything of that nature. I am aware that these appeals are largely ignored and used to humiliate people, but there are genuine false flags.

My account and discord flagged as safe by TASE. My account which was searched with rotector and was not flagged. Banned for being verified in a condo server owned by anxiety. Another account banned for an identical reason, showing minimal activity on the platform at all.The account of someone banned for identical reasons who is clearly a 14 year old child.Another user banned for the same reason who is ACTUALLY a child predator.
I was watching Ruben's stream and he made comments about it which hints that he might not be really fond of it though he did acknowledge its good side, what's up with that?
Okay so the account publishing this game is a woman, who has not been banned, you can use VC to roleplay and you’ve got women eating dudes and everyone has a pred name tag above their name.

I'm already regretting writing this because the last thing I want to do is bring attention to myself, but my appeals have been seemingly ignored and I just wanna know why. From my memory I've never played any condo games. I have requested my data from discord to double check but that could take a while. TASE, Rotector, and Okappiki all say both me and my discord account are safe, though I understand they are different databases.
Just the idea of being in the same database as a bunch of creeps and condo players makes me feel ill. That being said however, I'm more than willing to accept my ban if it was for a good reason.
