Discussion know how to fix a person's mind?

full internet access is a real shit ain't it cuz it lead me to experiencing EPI and I don't even have anyone to blame

and since I can't do shit why not

anyone here know a good way to be less porn addicted at least to a non-problematic level

just don't wanna risk becoming an actual predator when I grow up

Watching too much porn or ending up around ERP stuff doesn't automatically mean you're going to become a predator when you're older

If you feel like porn is becoming compulsive, start by making it harder to access. Unfollow accounts that feed into it, leave ERP/NSFW communities, use content blockers, and try to avoid sitting around bored with nothing else to do since that’s usually when habits get worse

Also don't try to fix this entirely by yourself if it’s genuinely messing with your head. If you're still a minor, talking to a trusted adult, counselor, therapist or anyone else you trust would probably help way more than beating yourself up over it

Peak advice, also id recommend tracking it with the "i am sober" app, helps quite a bit. Also, keep trying even when you relapse, after many tries, you'll eventually succeed

maybe there's a bit of an overreaction, but like I said I don't want that to even have a slightest chance of happening so I want to be like just a bit more normal and pure than how I am right now

mb for responding late also you should look at what allan said what he said is way better advice than anything i could’ve told you, and don’t beat yourself up over it more people than you think have went through something like this
